Charge weekly, every two weeks, twice a month or monthly, with a due day and grace days. Each child can carry a subsidy by percent or fixed amount, and families can tell you they will pay in cash. You confirm each payment in the panel.

Children's photos stay inside the app
Dear director,
The photos your teachers take are of other people's children. We built Crecer Connect around that fact.
Photos and videos are stored privately. They open only inside the app, through links that expire within an hour, and they never sit at a public address.
When a parent shares a post from the feed, only the text goes out. The photo stays where it was.
Each parent decides, child by child, whether photos can appear in the private gallery or in the daycare's shared feed. The app blocks a post when a tagged child has no permission, and a withdrawn permission hides the photos right away.
Nobody signs up on their own: your daycare creates every account. Each parent sees their own children's information and only the photos other families allowed, and a deactivated account loses access right away.
